Town of Sand Lake Clean Up Day
Mark your calendar! The Town of Sand Lake Department of Public Works at 25 Springer Road will be open on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 7 am to 3 pm for residents to dispose of leaves, brush and paint. There is no charge. Leaves and brush can be dumped in biodegradable bags. If leaves and brush are in plastic bags, the plastic bags can be emptied. No construction debris please!
In addition, the Town's Convenience Facility on Chamberlin Hill Road will be open from 7 am - 3 pm. To use the Convenience Facility residents will need to obtain permits from the Town Clerk's Office and the regular fee schedule applies. Residents can bring electronics (computers, TVs) to the Convenience Facility for free. If anyone has questions, please call the DPW garage at 674-3011 or the Supervisor's Office at 674-2026 ext. 12.
